PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a rolling member clogging accident by providing a bar drawing means on the manufacturing device of a seamless steel pipe equipped with a restrained type mandrel mill. CONSTITUTION:A bar drawing device 6 is arranged by approaching to the outlet port of the final stand of a mandrel mill 1 with the device rolling the rolling member 4 prior to rolling and a member 4a by mandrel mill 1, sizer 2 arranged at the outlet port side of the mandrel mill 1, a mandrel bar 3 and barrestrainer 5. Thus, the retreat of the rolling member is checked with its rear end part being abutted on the bar drawing device 6, even in the case of the mandrel bar 3 and rolling member 4a becoming in a shrink fitting state, the mandrel bar 3 only becomes to retreat, can be drawn easily and the clogging prevention of the rolling member and the improvement of the equipment operation rate can be attained. |
