PURPOSE:To allow easy perception of the pan placing by installing a heating coil below a photo-penetrative insulation plate on which a pan to be induction heated is placed so as to face the pan, and furnishing a display means to display the part heated by this heating coil. CONSTITUTION:The body of an induction heating cooking apparatus is formed from a photo-penetrative heat-resistant insulation top plate 1 and an exterior fitting 2. Under the top plate 1 are accommodated a disc-shaped heating coil 3, which applies induction heating to a pan 5, and an insulative supporting plate 4 which supports the heating coil 3. An incandescent bulb 6 as display means is fixed onto this supporting plate 4 in the middle of the heating coil 3 to illuminate its central part through the top plate 1, and thus the user is informed of the part to be heated. |
