PURPOSE:To obtain the heat exchanger without deterioration of the joint strength and the corrosion resistance by coating the joint part of core of the heat exchanger provided with fin and pipe made of Al alloy contg. a specific amt. of Zn with the brazing powder of specific diameter with using the binder and brazing it. CONSTITUTION:The heat exchanger is provided with the fin 3 and pipe 1 of Al alloy which contains 0.5-5.0weight% Zn, and the joint part of core of this heat exchanger is coated by using the binder with the 10-200mum diameter Al-Si system alloy brazing powder and is brazed with heating. |
