PURPOSE:To improve the convenience of plural-center type mail system by devising the system such that a same bulletin board message is transferred automatically to other mail center registered in advance and registered therein by having only to register the bulletin board message to one mail center. CONSTITUTION:A bulletin board message N1 is registered to a mail center 2-1 to register the same bulletin board message N1 to mail centers 2-2,2-3 corresponding to transfer destination mail center numbers T2, T3 registeres in a bulletin board data management section 24 automatically. Then optional telephone terminal equipments 3-13-3 accommodated in all exchanges 1-1-1-3 receive the bulletin board message N1 and it is not required for a registration original telephone terminal equipment 3-1 of the bulletin board message N1 to register the message to the mail centers 2-2, 2-3. Thus, the registration processing of the bulletin board message in the pluralcenter type mail system is simplified and the convenience of the system is enhanced.
