PURPOSE:To make a reinforcement mat fillable evenly within a molded product without forming a resin rich part, by a method wherein foaming material foaming with reaction heat of filling resin in a part corresponding to a form changing part of a cavity is set up beforehand within a reinforcement mat. CONSTITUTION:A foaming material 5 foaming with reaction heat of filling resin in a part corresponding to a form chagning part (bent part) 4 of a cavity 2 is set up within a reinforcing mat 3. Then a reinforcement mat 3 is expanded outward by receiving foaming of the foaming material 5, in the form chnaging part 4 where the foaming material 5 is foamed buy receiving the reation heat of the filling resin and the cavity 2 is formed. Consequently, a resin rich part is not formed in the form changing part 4 which is formed by the cavity 2 in a product and the reinforcement mat 2 can be filled evenly into the product. |
