PURPOSE:To grasp easily whether an issue of a medium is normal or abnormal by a method wherein a data medium issue control means which issues the data medium by communicating independently with a host computer, and an issue end communicating means which outputs an issue end communication to a teller terminal are established. CONSTITUTION:A data medium issuing device 65 performs a data medium issuing process based on assignment of a first teller terminal 64a. Concretely a data medium issue control means 89 edits a business telegram to be transmitted to a host computer 53 based on issue assignment of a data medium outputted from the teller terminal which is stored in a storage device 81 to perform communication. When an issue end communicating means 90 recognizes delivery of a bankbook from a printer 86, it outputs issue end communication establishing a content which indicates that information concerning this data medium and issue of the data medium are normally ended, to the first teller terminal 64a. When the issue end communication is received, the teller terminal 64a displays the content on a display 72. An attendant of the teller terminal 64 can easily recognize an issue end of the data medium through the displayed image plane. |
