MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY AND PRODUCTION OF HYBRIDOMA PRODUCING THE SAME ANTIBODY

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain an anti-tacorotopsin monoclonal antibody useful for taking advantage of tacorotopsin as an optical sensor or optical information recognizing element without damaging photochemical reaction of tacorotopsin by recognizing a part of stable structure. CONSTITUTION:A anti-tacorotopsin monoclonal antibody is an antibody of recognizing a part of stable structure (except site having <= about 10,000 molecular weight from C end) without damaging photochemical reaction of tacorotopsin (tacorotopsin bound to antibody receiving red/blue light and absorption maximum thereof mutually moving between 475nm and 500nm). A hybridoma to produce the antigen is produced by fusing a mouse splenocyte immunized and sensitized with purified tacorotopsin with a mouse derived myeloma cell.
