<p>PURPOSE:To prevent affection by moisture and to stably measure a blood pressure by charging a gel-like silicone in a charge cylinder and by applying a rubber-like silicone on the surface of the gel-like silicone which makes contact with liquid to be transmitted. CONSTITUTION:A gel-like silicone 56 serving as a filler is charged in a charge cylinder 52 so that the silicone reaches to a level of substrate 50 and the inner surface of a sensor chip 51 located on the opposite surface of the substrate 50, through a through-hole 50 in the substrate 50. The center part of the surface of the gel-like silicone 56 which makes contact with liquid to be transmitted bulges out into a liquid transmitting passage 53, and is coated with a rubber-like silicone 1 over its entire surface. Accordingly, the gel-like silicone as a filler is prevented from being made into direct-contact with the liquid to be transmitted. Meanwhile, the outer surface 51A of the sensor chip 51 is exposed to the atmosphere under coating thereover with a potting film 55 in order to protect the sensor chip 51 and the like from shocks, vibration, moisture and corrosion, accordingly.</p> |
