PURPOSE:To improve durability, eliminate disagreeable feeling and nonuniform temperature distribution, and simplify manufacturing procedure by heat weld- forming a pad, a heater, and a skin cover integrally via a hot melt adhesion film. CONSTITUTION:A skin cover 5, a heater 4, a hot melt adhesion film 3, and a pad 2 in this order are set in a forming mold 6 and pressed with a pressing die 1. If the heater 4 is likely to be dislocated, vacuum forming is made before the pressing. If vacuum forming has been made, negative pressure is released. High temperature steam is supplied through a steam supply port 7 into a forming press 6 and forced out of steam outlets 12 to melt a hot melt adhesion film 3 and to bond the skin cover 5, the heater 4, and the pad 2 together. Steam is then stopped, pressure in the forming press 6 is released out of a pressure reduction port 8 to remove water drops from the skin cover 5, press is released, and the seat with the skin integrally formed is taken out of the forming mold. |
