PURPOSE:To suppress the moisture in a room within the prescribed variation range in a cooler having a solar heat refrigerator and an auxiliary refrigerator operated by the power except solar heat by controlling the operation of the auxiliary refrigerator according to the outlet coolant temperature of the solar heat refrigerator and a timer. CONSTITUTION:Heat medium stored in a heat accumulation tank 2 heated by a heat collector 1 is carried via a pump 2 to a solar heat refrigerator 5, thereby cooling the coolant fed from a heat exchanger 11 in a heat radiation machine 10. Then, the coolant is further cooled by an evaporator 8 in an auxiliary refrigerator 7, is returned to the exchanger 11, thereby cooling the room. In the above cooler, the refrigerator 7 is operated when the output of a thermistor 13 for detecting the outlet coolant temperature of the evaporator 6 is higher than the set value. The refrigerator 7 is forcibly operated when the coolant temperature does not reach the set value (ON point) even after the set time of a timer (not shown) is elapsed after the output of the thermistor reaches the set value (OFF point), causing the refrigerator 7 to be stopped. |
