PURPOSE:To prepare a food effective for solving degenerative disease such as arteriosclerosis and diabetes by mixing gelidium jelly with the powder of apple fibers. CONSTITUTION:A gelidium jelly containing the powder of apple fibers is prepared by mixing gelidium jelly with the powder of the apple fibers. The mixing ration of the powder of the apple fibers is generally 3-40% per kg of the raw material comprising agar-agar or gelidium jelly powder. Before the raw material comprising the agar-agar or gelidium jelly is charged together with water in a cooker and cooked, the powder of the apple fibers are dissolved in water and added to the raw material. Or the raw material comprising the agar-agar or gelidium jelly powder and the water are charged in the cooker and cooked, and the extracted gelidium solution is mixed with the solution of the apple fibers. |
