摘要 PURPOSE:To decrease the number of amplitude correctors in use, to lower a price, and to facilitate adjusting operation by selecting a photoelectron multiplier for accurate position calculation according to a rough incidence position and then inserting the amplitude correctors. CONSTITUTION:Only radiation which is passed through a collimator 33 and in a specific direction as to radiation from an RI(radioactive isotope) 30 doped in a sample 31 is made incident on a scintillator 34. Then scintillation light is emitted by a quantity proportional to the energy value and supplied to plural photoelectron multipliers 36. A rough position calculator 38 finds a rough radiation incidence position from electric signals which are outputted by the multiplier tubes 36 in proportional to the respective supply light beams. Then multiplier tubes 36 of necessary channels are selected 39 so as to find an accurate position according to the incidence position data. Only their outputs are supplied to attenuators in the attenuator group 43 of amplitude correctors and a position calculator 45 calculates the accurate radiation incidence position signal according to their outputs.
