OF THE DISCLOSURE A fastening device comprises first and second fastening members engageable with each other to clasp corresponding parts of the upper of a sport shoe together. The first and second fastening members respectively comprise a guide and a slider, the latter being slidable along the guide and held releasably in engagement therewith. Provided between the slider and the guide is a one-way stop means for releasably making the slider and guide unitary in one of the two directions.
