<p>PURPOSE:To prevent fine foreign matters from adhering onto a copper foil surface by lowering a rectangular mirror plate with two sides on the horizontal surface and the other two sides slanted on the horizontal surface composed by overlapping prepreg and copper foil just as in the slanted state, and while its lower sides are brought into contact with the horizontal surface and then higher sides are lowered, placing a dust sucking nozzle on a open site and sucking. CONSTITUTION:A mirror plate 5 with its two sides horizontal and the other two sides slanted on the horizontal surface is lowered onto a prepreg and a copper foil 4 overlapped on a material structure bed 3, and lower side 6 is brought into contact with the copper foil 4, and then while a higher side 7 is lowered, the air flow between the mirror plate 5 and the prepreg and the copper foil 4 is sucked by a dust sucking nozzle 2 of a suction pump 1. When the horizontally placed mirror plate 5 is overlapped on the prepreg and the copper foil 4, foreign matters adhered to the prepreg are scattered all over together with the air flow. That is, when the mirror plate 5 in the slanted state is lowered, the foreign matters are scattered only in the direction of higher side 7. Therefore, the foreign matters can be sucked with good efficiency by providing the dust sucking nozzle at said position. Thus, the generating rate of recessed and projected marks of copper foil can be reduced remarkably.</p> |
