PURPOSE:To provide a coffee brewer which can extract tasty coffee and which can be easily taken care of and cleaned after use, by providing such an arrangement that coffee beans are successively introduced and milled in a milling chamber, and are then dropped into an brewer chamber through a filter, and hot water is fed into a coffee bean storage chamber by a heater unit. CONSTITUTION:Coffee beans are successively milled and are discharged into an extraction chamber 7 through a filter 10 when a motor 8 is driven, thereafter, the energization of a heater unit 22 is started to heat water in a water tank 17 into which the heater water is returned from a tank side outlet passage 26. When the temperature of water in the water tank 17 becomes higher than a predetermined temperature, the energization of the motor 8 and a timer motor 29 are started. Then, a cam 31 moves an actuating lever 33 so that a passage selector chamber 25 opens its coffee bean storage chamber-side outlet passage 27. Accordingly, hot water which has been previously heated, is heated again and boiled by a heater unit 22, and then is discharged into the coffee bean chamber 12. Then, it is scattered into the coffee bean storage chamber 12, the wall surface of the milling chamber 11 and the filter 10, and accordingly, the stuck-milled powder of the coffee beans is cleaned off and the hot water is dipped onto the power of the coffee beans in an extraction chamber 7. |
