PURPOSE:To obtain the subject food with delicacy capable of being taken without anxiety even by people incapable of taking a food with delicate flavor mainly composed of proteins, by applying seasoning to a dried vegetable. CONSTITUTION:The subject vegetable food with delicacy is prepared by applying seasoning to a dried vegetable and the kinds of the vegetables are not especially restricted. Vegetables are ground using a machine such as a juicer and the solid matter is collected. The obtained solid matter is sufficiently washed by water and subsequently dried. As the drying method of the vegetable solid matter, either of drying by heating, freeze-drying, vacuum-drying, etc., can be used and a suitable drying method is properly selected corresponding to the mouth feeling, physical properties, etc., of the producing food with delicacy. Seasoning to a dried material can be carried out according to an objective seasoning by the conventional method for producing a food with delicate flavor. |
