<p>PURPOSE:To extremely lessen troublesome defects due to dust caused from a coated fabric by putting copper foil on a mirror surface moistured by higher alcohol having a specific boiling point by setting between press-hot plates a plurality of constitutional sets in which the coated fabrics and mirrors are superimposed on the copper foil and heat-press molding them thereafter. CONSTITUTION:A coated fabric 4 and further copper foil 1 are placed on a cleaned mirror plate 3 and both surfaces of the cleaned mirror plate 3 is moistured by higher alcohol having a boiling point of 80 deg.C or higher and being in the range of the press-molding temperature or lower, for example, 1-propyl alcohol of 97 deg.C in a boiling point for forming an alcohol layer 2 and then put thereon; furthermore, the copper foil 1 and coated fabric 4 are laid thereon. In the next place, both surfaces of the mirror plate 3 to be superimposed thereon is brought into contact with the coated fabric 4. That is the mirror plate 3 being adjacent to the copper foil 1 via the alcohol layer in its both surfaces is located at alternate position. A plurality of these constitutional set are disposed between the upper and lower hot-plates of a press in order to be heat- press molded thereafter.</p> |
