PURPOSE: To easily manufacture a ring with a simple operation by isostatically hot-compacting the ring with a case having radial partitions and using the same material of the partition as powder used for compacting the ring. CONSTITUTION: The isostatic hot compacting of the ring is executed by using the case having an inside cylindrical wall 16, outside cylindrical wall 17 and upper side walls 18 and lower side walls 19 of two annular end part walls. An exhaust connecting pipe 20 of the case is arranged at the upper side wall 18 and an annular core part 22 is supported to a supporting part 21 with the inside of the lower side wall 19. The partitions 25 composed of the same kind of the plate as the case are fitted to the diameter directional planes in the case. The case is filled up with the same kind of the metallic powder as the partition. Since the coating of releasing agent is arranged at the one side of the partition material in the ring, the ring is mutually divided with the partition 25. Further, one boundary surface has a protruded part 26 and the other boundary surface has the corresponding groove. By this method, the precise fitting of the divided materials of the ring of stator blade, etc. is facilitated. |
