PURPOSE: To prevent re-filling by initially keeping an auxiliary valve at the open position, and moving it to the final unlocking position by a main valve at the end of a first filling through a displacement of a main valve beyond its position of normal opening under the action of a long travel fitting tap. CONSTITUTION: At the position (a), a free end 69' of a rod 69 is at a small distance from an end part of a head part 11 of a movable part 25 of a main valve 26, and the valve 26 is in a closed airtight condition, and an auxiliary valve 45 is kept at the open position by a locking member 44. At the end of the filling, the cock rod 69 is operated in the maximum push-in by a button 690, and a finger part 53 is pushed out of the engagement with a shoulder part 34, and a tail part 29 of the main valve 26 is abutted on the head pat of the auxiliary valve 40 until the unlocking where a fixing means 44 can not be reset. Because the same pressure is applied to each side of the auxiliary valve 45, the auxiliary valve is immediately moved to the close position by the action of a spring 50. Re-filling can be prevented thereby. |
