PURPOSE:To expedite the starting at the time of initial start-up by providing a relief valve between a discharge side channel of a fluid pump and a flow controller, as well as by providing a control route by which the upper stream side of fixed throttle is communicated to the flow controller between the lower stream side of the relief valve and a reservoir. CONSTITUTION:A reservoir T and a flow controller 2 are connected together by a first fluid route 1, while the flow controller 2 and an inlet 40 of a fluid pump 4 are connected together by a second fluid channel 3. A discharge opening 41 of the fluid pump 4 and an actuator 6 are connected together by a third fluid route 5, whereby the third fluid route 5 and the reservoir T are connected together. On the way from the third fluid route 5 to the reservoir T, a relief valve 72 and a control route 7 provided with a fixed diaphragm on its lower stream side are provided. When the flow from the fluid pump 4 does not reach the required quantity for the actuator 6, the relief valve 72 does not open for operation, and a sliding valve 28 is maintained with a suction port 26 opened fully, whereby the sufficient amount of fluid is taken in the fluid pump 4 through a second fluid route 23, and the large amount of pressure fluid can thus be sent through the third fluid route 5. |
