The invention concerns a device intended to be used on a snow plough. The device permits sideways displacement of the blade 4 of the snow plough so that ploughing can be carried out far out from the side of the vehicle. The characterizing feature of the invention is that a plough blade holder 5 is connected in an articulated manner to a connection element 8 in which the lifting arms of the vehicle engage. The articulated connection consists of a pivot pin 7 which is displaced sideways relative to the longitudinal axis of symmetry 11 of the vehicle. A manoeuvring device 13 permits changing of the angle between the plough holder 5 and the connection element 8. The invention also concerns an adapter allowing the invention to be used with existing plough blades. <IMAGE> |
