The present invention relates to a water heater with circulation with a copper heat exchanger (2) particularly for domestic water and heating water, the heat exchanger (4) for the heating water being connected by a supply pipe (7) which is equipped with a thermometric probe (17) monitoring the temperature of the feed water, to a premises heating system (16), preferably a low-temperature heating system such as a system for heating via the ground, the system being connected, on the other hand, by a return pipe (6) equipped with a circulation pump (5) to the said heat exchanger (4). In such a circulating water heater, the formation of condensate is prevented because the return pipe (6) is equipped, between the circulation pump (5) and the heat exchanger (4) with a three-way distributor (14) to which is connected a connection pipe (15) connecting it to the feed pipe (7) and because the said feed pipe (7) includes, between the junction of the connection pipe (15) and the junction to the heat exchanger (4) a three-way distributor (12) controlled by thermostat and to which is connected a pipe (13) for the heating water, emerging in the return pipe (6) of the heating water upstream of the circulation pump (5). <IMAGE>
