PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a device without deteriorating development performance nor cleaning performance by using a cleaning method for a photosensitive body as a black developing device. CONSTITUTION:Toner consists of color toner and black toner; and the color toner is toner for a DC electric field flying developing method which performs development without contacting the photosensitive body 48 and the black toner is toner for a two-component magnetic brush developer which is mixed with carriers and charged electrostatically. The two-component magnetic brush developer serves as a developer for performing development by contacting the photosensitive body 48 and a cleaning agent for cleaning remaining toner on the photosensitive body after transfer, and an electrostatic charging, an exposing, and a reversal developing process are repeated by using toner particles of plural colors to form a color toner image on the photosensitive body 48; and the color toner image is transferred to paper at a time. Consequently, the device can be reduced in size without deteriorating the cleaning performance. |
