PURPOSE:To obtain a beautiful grinding and polishing skin by providing in parallel 1st and 2nd stepping parts fore and aft along a material feeding direction and arranging so that each pressing member becomes in zigzags respectively before and after in the press member rows of both stepping parts each other. CONSTITUTION:A 1st stepping part 23a is composed with a pressing member 18a and an air cylinder 22a being provided in the right and left directions in a row, a pressing member 18a and an air cylinder 22b are provided in the right and left directions in a row at the rear part thereof to compose a 2nd stepping part 23b and a stepping device 12 which pressure-fits a sanding belt 11 to a work is composed by the stepping parts 23a, 23b. Polishing with grinding is performed while stepping the work by this 1st stepping part 23a. In this case polishing with grinding is executed on the part where a streak is caused because of the pressing member 18b of the 2nd stepping part 23b being located at the rear part thereof between the 1st press members, even in the case of a warp like streak being caused between the 1st press members. |
