PURPOSE:To prevent the dry spot of a cell and a void while obviating blister, cracking and shrinkage at the time of mold release by including a plasticizer at specific rates to a polyol component and an isocyanate component in a foam molding material in a skin integral urethane foam molding method. CONSTITUTION:Polyether polyol is used generally as the polyol component of a foam molding material and an aromatic group polyisocyanate as an isocyanate component. A material made of a vinyl chloride resin is employed normally as a skin. A plasticizer selected from phthalic ester, trimellitic ester, aliphatic bibasic ester, phosphoric ester and epoxidized ester in conventionally known compounds displays a particularly excellent effect as the plasticizer contained in the foam molding material. These plasticizers can be used singly or in the combination of plural kinds, and loadings thereof are kept within the range of the 5-50 pts.wt. plasticizer to the 100 pts.wt. total loadings of the polyol component and the isocyanate component. |
