摘要 PURPOSE:To produce tasteful rice gruel without boiling and being brought into a boiling over state by a method wherein when the heating times of first, second, and third stages at which heating is effected by means of a high output, a low output, and a very low output, respectively, are set to T1, T2, and T3, the times are set so that a relation of T2>T1>T3 is established. CONSTITUTION:A given amount of washed rice grains and a given amount of water are placed in a porcelain bowl 11 with a cover and the bowl is contained in a heating chamber 1. When a rice gruel key 4a is pressed, a magnetron 9 is oscillated by means of a signal from a control part 7. According to a preset program, heating is first effected as a first stage by means of 8 high output for a time T1 by a control part 7. The first stage is a process wherein water is mainly absorbed in rice grains. At a second stage, heating is effected by means of a low output for a time T2. The second stage is a process wherein the rice grains are brought into an alpha state without boiling. At a third stage, heating is effected by means of a very low output for a time T3. The thirst stage is a steaming process. A relation between times at the processes is set to T2>T1>T3, and heating is effected at temperature, at which boiling does not occur, throughout all the stages.
