摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an element, whose photoelectric conversion efficiency is high, at a low cost by a method wherein a titanyl phthalocyanine pigment of a specific crystal structure is used for a photoelectric conversion material and a low-resistance resin which does not abstruct a movement of carriers is used for a binder resin as its dispersing agent. CONSTITUTION:It is constituted that an organic or inorganic N-type semiconductor layer and a P-type organic semiconductor layer containing a specific titanyl phthalocyanine pigment are laminated between a front electrode and a back electrode; the N-type semiconductor layer and the P-type organic semiconductor layer form a P-N junction at their respective one interface. The specific titanyl phthlocyanine pigment is a titanyl phthalocyanine pigment at 9.5 deg., 24.1 deg. and 27.2 deg. at a Bragg angle 2theta in an X-ray diffraction spectrum against Cu-K alpharays; a low-resistance resin whose volume resistance suitable for forming the P-N junction is 10<12>OMEGAcm or lower is used for a binder resin. Thereby, it is possible to obtain an optoelectric transducer which can improve a photoelectric conversion material, a constituent material of a layer and a layer constitution, whose photoelectric conversion efficiency is high and which can be manufactured at a low cost and easily.
