PURPOSE:To improve an electrode on a photosensitive layer and to satisfy a reflectivity, a heat-resistant property and an adhesion power simultaneously by a method wherein the electrode on the photosensitive layer is formed by repeatedly laminating films of different kinds of metals. CONSTITUTION:An electrode on a photosensitive layer of an unsingle-crystal optoelectric transducer is formed by repeatedly laminating films of different kinds of metals. The laminated electrode can be constituted by repeatedly laminating thin films of, e.g. Al and Ag. As a result, when even the metals which are hard to solidify and melt mutually, e.g. at a film formation temperature are laminated repeatedly and to be sufficiently thin as compared with a film thickness of the electrode as a whole, the metals behave as if they have been alloyed. A composition ratio in the multilayer-film metal electrode can be set freely without being subjected to a limitation on the basis of a solidifying an melting range peculiar to the metals. Thereby, it is possible to simultaneously satisfy three conditions, i.e., a reflectivity, a heat-resistant property and an adhesion power. |
