PURPOSE:To monolithic-mold a clip section by utilizing a burr, and to omit the labor hour of bonding, etc., by forming a hole for a clip to the burr and conducting deburring so as to cross one part of the hole for the clip. CONSTITUTION:The parison 15 of a molten resin is preformed, and held from both sides by two-part dies 11, 12 for blow molding. Two holes 14a for a clip are bored to a section as a burr 14 by the cooperation of the punches 11b and die holes 12b of both blow-molding dies 11, 12. Compressed air is blown into the parison 15 and the parison is expanded, thus forming a main body 13 having a specified shape. The main body is cooled and a product is extracted, deburring working is conducted through cutting at a position crossing one part of the holes 14a for the clip, and a clip section 16 with two fitting sections 16a in which one part of the holes 14a for the clip is cut and opened is monolithic- molded. |
