Phosphorated cytidine derivatives, corresponding to the formula (I) <IMAGE> in which C is cytosine R is . an NH4<+>, Et3NH<+> or Na<+> cation . a (CH2)ny radical where n ranges from 1 to 4, Y is an OZ, SZ, <IMAGE> , or S-S-Z radical, in which Z is H, (C1-4)alkyl, aryl, CO(C1-4)alkyl or (CH2)nOH, n ranging from 1 to 5. Application in therapeutics.
