CONSTITUTION:A prepressurization is performed by superposing with a material Cu after performing a heat treatment in the atmosphere on a material Pt, a heat treatment is performed under the atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen thereafter, the compression joining is executed by performing a normal pressurization after taking it out of a furnace and rolling is executed in the front and back, right and left and diagonal directions with a roll rolling mill thereafter. A heat treatment is then performed in a conveyor furnace under nitrogen and hydrogen, rolling is executed further and thereafter cupper is removed with a nitric acid solution and a Pt foil is obtd. |
