PURPOSE:To obtain a member wherein even the edge part and the bent part are covered with a foamed film with uniform, fine and closed cell type foams and with excellent heat resistance, thermal insulation, sound insulation, moisture condensation-proofing, etc., by performing foaming using a foaming agent after a resin is crosslinked or during crosslinking reaction caused by decomposition of an org. peroxide in a powder compsn. consisting of a polyethylene resin, an org. peroxide and a foaming agent. CONSTITUTION:A member with a foamed film is formed by coating with a resin powder compsn. consisting of 100 pts.wt. polyethylene resin with a melt index of at least 4 and at most 100, 0.2-3 pts.wt. org. peroxide with one hour half-life temp. of 105 deg.C -160 deg.C and 0.5-10 pts.wt. foaming agent with a decomposition temp. which is the same as or higher than that of the org. peroxide. |
