PURPOSE:To manufacture a resin film having excellent transparency while increasing the take-off speed of the molten resin film of a vinylidene fluoride resin by bringing the resin film extruded from an extruder into contact with a cooling casting roller through a thin air layer. CONSTITUTION:A vinylidene fluoride resin is heated and kneaded in an extruder 1, and a molten resin film 3 extruded through a T die 2 is cooled by a cooling casting roller 5 through a thin air layer 4, and recovered by a take up roller 6. An air nozzle 7 is mounted as required at that time, and air is sprayed from the rear of the molten resin film 3, thus increasing cooling and curing while adjusting the thickness of the air layer 4 formed between the film 3 and the roller 5 in thin thickness. |
