PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of residual strain and meandering without deteriorating productivity by specifying take-off tension during a time when the resin temperature of a molten resin sheet is lowered up to the softening point and increasing take-off tension by stages with the lowering of the resin temperature. CONSTITUTION:A molten resin extruded from an extruder 1 is kept within a range lower than the temperature of approximately the melting point and the softening point during a time when the molten resin is forwarded to a first take-off roll 3 through three rolls 2, and tension is adjusted within a range of 0.05-0.7kg/cm<2>, preferably 0.2-0.5kg/cm<2>. Residual strain is generated when the temperature is larger than said values, and the resin cannot be taken off when the temperature is smaller than those. The molten resin is kept within a range lower than the temperature of approximately the softening point and the thermal deformation temperature between the first take-off roll 3 and a second take-off roll 4, and tension is adjusted in 0.6-1.2kg/cm<2>. When the temperature is lower than said temperature, meandering is generated. The resin is taken up on a recoiler 5, but the temperature of the resin is the thermal deformation temperature or lower, and tension is regulated in 1.2-5kg/cm<2>. An adhesive state to the recoiler is lowered and productivity is deteriorated when the temperature is lower than said temperature, and rolling is generated and an adverse effect such as strain, blocking, etc., appears when the temperature is higher than the said temperature. |
