The invention relates to a tyred vehicle wheel, with a tyre made from rubber or from rubbery synthetic materials, the beads (2) of which are located on the radially internal periphery of the wheel rim (4) and the carcass (1) of which is anchored into the beads (2) by winding around rods (3) which are strong in tension and in pressure, and with a wheel rim (4) which has rims (5) extending substantially radially inwards and, radially on the outside, a hollow base (9) and support faces (10) for running with a flat tyre, on both sides of the hollow base (9), with furthermore a device with an anti-friction agent reservoir which comprises at least one reservoir for anti-friction agent and a holding device. In order to provide a vehicle wheel with a device having an anti-friction agent reservoir which does not have a disturbing effect in normal operation, it is proposed for a bellows made from plastic (11) to act as an anti-friction agent reservoir, for the bellows (11) to exhibit means (15, 16) for opening the bellows in the event of a puncture, and for a tensioning strip (16) to act as a holding device, which is located radially on the inside of the junction line (A-A') between the two support faces (10) for running with a flat tyre. <IMAGE>
