PURPOSE:To suppress the revolution movement of a waist part which assists the sliding-up phenomenon to the belly part of a lap belt by installing a leg belt for restraining the femur part of a driver to generate a tension on the leg belt and press down the femur part in case of an automobile collision. CONSTITUTION:One edge of a seat belt 2 is inserted into an inner anchor plate 3 and an outer anchor plate 5 which are installed in turnable manner on both side surfaces of a seat, and engaged with the inner anchor plate 3 into which the outer anchor plate 5 is inserted again through a roller 6. Further, the other edge of the seat belt 2 is inserted into a shoulder anchor plate 7 installed in the upper part of a center pillar 9 and can be taken up onto a retractor 8. Accordingly, the seat belt 2 is divided into a shoulder belt 2a, lap belt 2b, and a leg belt 2c for restraining the femur part of a driver, by the anchor plates 3 and 5. The inner anchor plate 3 can be inserted in demountable manner into a buckle 4. |
