<p>PURPOSE:To enable non-interlace display by interpolating data by interpolation in a frame and multiply and adaptively mixing the data, to which an interpolation processing is respectively executed, corresponding to motion detection concerning a part judged as motion by the motion detection. CONSTITUTION:An in-frame interpolating means 9 is provided to interpolate the data by using the preceding and following lines of the current frame for each line in the frame of the transmitting data, and sampling frequency conversion is executed from this data train, to which the data interpolation is executed, to the data train at 489MHz rate. In the case of the motion detection, a one- frame motion detecting means 11 is provided to execute the motion detection only in one frame. At the time of non-interlace, when a still area executing interpolation between frames/between fields and a moving area executing the interpolation in the field are adaptively mixed for the transmitting data, corresponding to the one-frame motion detection, the data interpolated in the frame are multiply and adaptively mixed into those still area and moving area. Thus, the non-interlace display can be executed.</p> |
