PURPOSE: To enable a user to control urination from the urinary bladder by providing a tubular member with an opening near a bladder engaging means communicating with a urinary tract to pass urine from the bladder into a tubular member and the opposite part to the tubular member with a valve means to control incontinence so as to control the movement of urine passing the urinary tract, and by operating it to the open position with hand contact. CONSTITUTION: An incontinence controlling part 12 comprises a long and slender tubular member 16, whose end 28 is connected with a tubular joint 46. The valve joint 46 has a valve means 48 comprising a beak-shaped valves 50, 52, and is usually in the closed position to close a urinary tract 20. After connecting the incontinence part 12 and a urinating/expanding part 14 into one body, the tubular member 16 is inserted into the urethra and an unexpended bladder balloon 30 is placed in the bladder. When the bladder balloon 30 and a urethral cuff 32 are expanded by forcing in a liquid using an injector, the urine in the bladder passes the urinary tract 20 through openings 24, 26 to be discharged into a urine storage bag. |
