FACSIMILE STORE AND FORWARD SWITCHING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To confirm whether or not a system is in normal operation automatically by preparing a test text in advance for station switching and exerting communication test after system re-rising based on the test text. CONSTITUTION:When a 1st store and forward switching device 11A is faulty and disconnected from the system, a 2nd store and forward switching device 11B revises a station data to change facsimile equipments 13a, 13b, 13c under the control of the 1st store and forward switching device 11A into facsimile equipments under the control of the 2nd store and forward switching device 11B. Then the rearranging means 15 of the 2nd store and forward switching device 11B starts the system again and disconnects the 1st store and forward switching device 11A from the system. Then a test means 16B in the 2nd store and forward switching device 11B sends a test text in a magnetic disk 18B to facsimile terminal equipments 13a-13f to recognize the store and forward switching device being an object of transmission/reception.
