PURPOSE:To simplify a driving circuit by using a driver having a C-MOS structure on an output stage, turning off both channels of the C-MOS structure and controlling non-selection line. CONSTITUTION:As to the P - channels and the N - channels of the C-MOS structure on the output stage; PO1 - POi, NO1 - NOi and PE1 - PEi, NE1 - NEi, both of them are turned off at the same time, so that they become in a floating state, thus, the non-selection line is controlled. Thus, the non-selection line can be easily in the floating state only by the control of a driver IC, so that a switching circuit can be simplified and also the driving circuits 100 and 200 can be simplified. |
