<p>PURPOSE:To attain the rationalization and saving of maintenance by sending an image signal to an operator's station via an image field bus independent of a measuring field bus and an image loop data highway independent of a measuring loop data highway, and image-displaying the signal. CONSTITUTION:A monitor camera 4 for sensor to image-pick up the instruction value of a sensor 3 and a monitor camera 6 for actuator to image-pick up the state of an actuator 5 are provided. And the image signal is sent to the operator's station 7 via the image field bus 2 provided independently of the measuring field bus 1 and the image loop data highway 12 provided independently of the measuring loop data highway 11, and also, it is image-displayed. Thereby, when a measuring and control signal falls in an inrecognizable state at an abnormal state, it is possible to take appropriate backup or a protective counterpart for a safety side without sending a maintenance engineer to each site of field equipment.</p> |
