<p>PURPOSE:To ease door assembling by arranging a rotary actuator on a base provided on an elevating table in a table unit movable between a body carrying means and a door assembling mechanism, and providing a clamper for a hinge pin on the table provided on the rotation axis of the rotary actuator. CONSTITUTION:In a hinge pin setting device 500 for pressing a hinge pin in each hinge member with individual hinge members in body and door sides made a mutual joining condition, a retaining member 520, movable in a vehicle width direction along a rail member 510a, is arranged on a dolly 508 movable in a vehicle length direction along a rail member 504b. A rotary actuator 540 is fitted to a base 534 being one with a retaining member 532 vertical-motion freely provided on the retaining member 520 via a supporting plate 538. Another rotary actuator 546 is supported on the rotation axis of the rotary actuator 540 via a bracket, and a pair of clampers 562a and 562b gripping the hinge pin is fitted to a bracket fixed to the rotation axis of the rotary actuator 546.</p> |
