<p>PURPOSE:To improve the effect of improving water quality by forming the magnetic fields which are movable to the water to be treated by magnetic field forming means, thereby imparting the anaerobic bacteria contained in the water to be treated to aerobic bacteria to remove. CONSTITUTION:A motor 17 is driven to rotate permanent magnets 13A, 13B held in holding members 12A, 12B upon degradation of the quality of the water to be treated flowing in a guide pipe 11 consisting of a nonmagnetic material, such as PVC, of the water quality improving device of a hot water circulating device, etc. The rotating magnetic fields are thereby applied to the water to be treated (hot water) and the propagating force of the anaerobic bacteria contained therein is suppressed. The water is then introduced into a hot heating device where the foreign matter is removed by a filter; thereafter, the water is run down in the layers of natural stone groups. The anaerobic bacteria in the water to be treated are removed by the aerobic bacteria existing therein. The quality of the water to be treated is thus sufficiently improved without being affected by the water quality.</p> |
