PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of performance by suppressing the change of attitude of a fuel battery by arranging the fuel battery body of the fuel battery power generator which performs power generation through the reaction of hydrogen and air so that the longitudinal direction coincides with the longitudinal direction of a car body. CONSTITUTION:A fuel battery type power generator mounted onto an electric automobile 50 is equipped with a regenerating device for generating hydrogen, a fuel battery body 2 for carrying out power generation through the reaction of hydrogen and air (oxygen), a storage battery 3 which is installed in chargeable manner onto the fuel battery body 2, and a load (motor) connected with the fuel battery body 2 and the storage battery 3. In this constitution, the fuel battery body 2 is arranged so as to be closed to the center in the car width direction of the car body and so that the longitudinal direction coincides with the longitudinal direction (lateral direction on the figure) of the car body. The change of attitude of the fuel battery body 2 toward the vibration in the lateral and longitudinal directions of the car body is suppressed, and the deterioration of performance is prevented. |
