<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the general facility monitor which uses the personal computer by sending information on operation states of plural facilities, which are gathered at a host computer, to the personal computer in the form of code information which is determined in common. CONSTITUTION:The host computer 10 controls and administers plural facilities A - N to gather the information on the facilities, converts it into the code information with conversion codes stored in a 1st storage means 11, and sends it to the personal computer 20. Then the computer 20 decodes the received facility information into the corresponding facilities and states by referring to conversion codes in a 2nd storage device 21 and makes a color graphic and a text display on a display means 30. Then the code information is used for the transmission of the facility information from the computer 10 the computer 20 and the amount of information is compressed to shorten the transmission time; and fast parallel processing is carried out to receive the facility information and decode and display the facility information.</p> |
