<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of man-made mistakes by forming a delivery reception processing system with plural terminals and hosts, and preparing a slip for a load, on which the cost from a load data received from the host is code-printed by the terminal. CONSTITUTION:When a request for delivery is received at a reception place, the data of the origin of shipping and the destination such as address, name telephone number and load data such as size, weight, of the load, are inputted into a terminal 1 for reception processing by keyboard 105. Next, the inputted data is transmitted to a host 2 to inquire the cost, and the host 2 calculates the charge form the various kinds of transmitted data and displays the charge on the display device 103 of the terminal 1. The terminal 1 prints the code of the charge on the specified slip by a printer 107, based on the inputted data, and prepares the slip to be stuck onto the load. Thus, each work is automatized, and the occurrence of man-made mistakes are prevented.</p> |
