<p>PURPOSE:To realize a compact hydraulic clutch controller and reduce shock when a clutch is connected by controlling a hydraulic clutch by one oil pump, two pressure braking solenoid valves, one relief valve, and one pressure control valve, and reducing pressure in a cylinder when the clutch is connected. CONSTITUTION:Hydraulic oil discharged by an oil pump 9 of variable capacity type flows in a first circuit 11, is controlled to a certain pressure by a relief valve 14 and supplied to space 4 from a first path 5 to press a piston 3 in the direction of clutch off. When voltage is applied to a first pressure control solenoid valve 13 and a second pressure control solenoid valve 15, the first pressure control solenoid valve 13 performs restriction to increase pressure of hydraulic oil PC1 to a second circuit 12. At the same time, the second pressure control solenoid valve 15 supplies hydraulic oil PC1 to a cylinder 6 and advances a piston 3 to connect a clutch. At this time, back pressure occurs at the advance end of the piston 3, a spool valve 23 moves in the close direction due to pressure introduced in a spring 25 and a front chamber 24a, and its pressure is reduced. Pressure in the cylinder 6 decreases, and shock when the clutch is connected is reduced.</p> |
