<p>PURPOSE:To detect a buried body with high accuracy by providing a setting control means which sets an optional point on the time base of a delay reflected wave signal sent out of a storage circuit and extracts only a signal part regarding a part before or behind the optional point. CONSTITUTION:At a position M where a concrete floor W is thin and there is no buried body, an antenna part 10 radiates a pulse wave and reflected wave signals from the top surface and bottom surface are supplied to and stored in a storage circuit. When the floor W is thick and there is a buried body T at a relatively shallow part to a floor surface Wb, a reflected wave signal generated by superposing a reflected wave signal generated by the surface Wa and a reflected wave signal generated by the buried body T one over another is passed through a transmitting and receiving circuit and supplied as a reflected wave signal to an arithmetic circuit. At the same time, the stored reflected wave signal is read out of the storage circuit and supplied to an arithmetic circuit. The arithmetic circuit processes the reflected wave signal to extract the reflected wave signal generated only by the buried body T, so that the signal is displayed by a display circuit.</p> |
