摘要
蛙蹼穿孔标记术。该发明是依据蛙类左右后肢趾骨及跖骨间的位置及蹼膜的形态、面积来确定蛙蹼孔位,每个孔位各代表一个固定的序号。采用烧灼的钢针、或激光束、或细圆管在蛙蹼上预定的孔位穿孔,穿孔孔位所代表的序号积加值即为蛙的编号。应用本发明,对蛙类健康无害,可准确无误地标记编号1-16666665只以上的蛙,从而克服了蛙类两栖生活、体小皮薄、个体数量多、难以进行个体标记编号的困难,使蛙类分类、育种与养殖的科研与生产更精确化。
