<p>A device for operating the rear window (P) of an agricultural tractor (T) which pivots between a lowered, completely closed position and a raised, completely open position. The device (2) comprises a handle (4) formed by two parts of which the first (11) is articulated to the lower region of the window (P) and the second (12) pivots relative to the first between an extended condition and a folded condition. The second part (12) forms a grip (21, 22) which can be engaged in a fixed catch element (3) to hold the window (P) in the completely closed position or in a partially open position, and can be released from the catch element (3) in order to position the window in the completely open position. A resilient toggle arrangement (24, 29) tends to apply a downward force to the handle (4) when the window (P) is closed and an upward force when the window (P) is open.</p> |
